Intensive and Pre-sessional English and academic course packages
You can study a range of different online or on campus English language preparation courses, which upon successful completion continue onto academic study for either the autumn semester only or the full academic year.

Requirement: IELTS 5.0 overall, with 5.0 in writing and 4.5 in all other sections

You must complete the Junior Year Abroad application form [PDF 3MB] and return it to Inbound.SussexAbroad@sussex.ac.uk with supporting documents:

- IELTS
- academic reference
- copy of passport
You will be asked to complete a separate application and to pay a fee deposit for the English course.
