You will need to show evidence of basic IT competence and your personal suitability to enter the social work profession in line with national guidance provided by the relevant professional body and regulator.
In addition to the academic requirements, all offers will be subject to receipt of a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (formerly known as a CRB check) and health checks. This will be dealt with after any clearing offer is made.
Note: All Clearing applicants who meet the basic academic entry requirements will be reviewed by the Admissions Tutor. If successful at this stage, applicants will be asked to complete written work and attend an interview as part of the second stage of selection before a final Clearing decision is made.

- BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma
Grades required: DMM - BTEC Level 3 National Diploma + 1 A-level
Grades required: Distinction, Merit + C - BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate + 2 A-levels
Grades required: Distinction+ CC in A-levels - International Baccalaureate Diploma
At least 28 points overall - Access to HE Diploma
Pass Access to HE Diploma with at least 36 credits at Merit or above, including 12 at Distinction
All successful applicants whose first language is not English will need to evidence English language ability.
