Sussex UCU and Â鶹´«Ã½ release joint statement on new Associate Tutor contracts
As many of you will have seen, on 22nd November, the Sussex branch of the Â鶹´«Ã½ and Colleges Union (UCU) and the Â鶹´«Ã½ released a joint statement on new contracts for Associate Tutors.
The statement explains that an agreement has been negotiated that will remove insecure employment contracts and practices for certain groups of acdemic staff, including Doctoral Tutors.
The new agreement will be implemented in full from 1st January 2017.
